Job summary

LandMark in Nebraska is seeking a Parts Clerk responsible for selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories, as well as providing in-store customer service and stocking duties. You will help promote products and assist with merchandising to drive sales across the department.

The role includes answering phones, greeting customers, assisting service technicians with parts, and ensuring shipments are receipted and placed in the correct inventory locations.

Qualifications

• Basic data entry and keyboarding skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of parts and machinery.
• Ability to use the John Deere Parts Catalog computer application.
• Capable of working in a team environment.
• Forklift license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell parts and provide in-store customer service.
• Answer phones and greet customers.
• Stock and display merchandise.
• Assist with receiving shipments and inventory locations.

• Work on after hour and on-call rotations as required.
