Job summary

Keeler Motor Car Company in Latham, NY, is hiring a full-time Shipping/Receiving Clerk for our Mercedes-Benz parts operation. You will receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts, prepare shipments, and verify documents in a fast-paced automotive parts environment.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM or earlier to 4:00 PM, with pay ranging from $20 to $24 per hour depending on experience. Valid driver’s license and the ability to lift and move parts are required.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping/receiving, warehouse, automotive, or parts experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming Mercedes-Benz parts.
• Prepare and package parts for shipment.
• Verify parts against invoices and shipping documents.
• Maintain an organized parts and shipping area.
• Assist with inventory and parts organization.
• Work with vendors, carriers, and the Parts Department.
