Job summary

Keeler Motor Car Company is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the service team. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients from check-in to vehicle delivery, delivering a premium experience with strong automotive knowledge.

The role emphasizes clear communication, organization, and a customer-first approach, with CDK/CRM proficiency preferred. Competitive pay with ownership in a growing, family-owned dealership.

• Prior experience in service advising or equivalent customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills.
• Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for service clients from check-in through delivery.
• Build long-term relationships through proactive, personalized service.
• Explain maintenance and repairs clearly and transparently.
• Coordinate with technicians and service leadership for timely repairs.
• Use CDK and CRM tools to manage repair orders and updates.

What You’ll Do
