Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Latham in Latham, NY is seeking a motivated Shipping/Receiving Associate to join our parts team. This full-time, on-site role supports the dealership by receiving, inspecting, and organizing parts for shipment and inventory management.

You will work with vendors and carriers, lift automotive parts, and maintain accurate records. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, starting around 7:00 AM, with a pay rate of $20–$24 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for order entry and inventory.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts and packages.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming Mercedes-Benz parts.
• Prepare and package parts for shipment and delivery.
• Verify parts against invoices and shipping documents.
• Maintain organized parts and shipping area; assist with inventory."
