Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred with a business/leadership/technology focus.

Responsibilities

• Establishes quotes with pricing of field service repairs and develops sales proposals.
• Schedules and plans service work to meet customer needs and deadlines.
• Orders parts for work orders and ships parts.
• Arranges travel including airfare and rental cars for crew.
• Coordinates maintenance of service trucks and DOT inspections.
• Implements procedures to meet schedules and quality standards at optimal cost.
• Manages production efficiencies and safety planning.
• Inputs data into systems to maintain records and reports.
