Job summary

You will establish quotes, plan service work, order parts, arrange travel, and monitor safety and production metrics while coaching staff to improve performance and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or preferred in Business, Leadership, or Technology
• Experience with field service operations or manufacturing environments
• Familiar with field concepts, practices, and tools
• Proficient in production, purchasing, and materials processes
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Quotes pricing for field service repairs and develops sales proposals
• Plans service work to meet deadlines while maximizing utilization
• Orders and ships parts for work orders
• Arranges travel for crew
• Coordinates maintenance of service trucks and DOT inspections
• Develops procedures to meet schedules and quality at low cost
• Supervises shop employees and coaches performance
