Guzzler Manufacturing in the United States is seeking a dedicated warehouse/operations associate to support order processing, inventory control, and shipping. The role involves handling customer and vendor interactions, data entry, and daily logistics tasks.

You will enter orders, check status, manage invoices, and assist with packing, shipping, and carrier communications. The position requires strong communication, reliability, and physical work including lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls courteously and promptly.
• Create and maintain customer/vendor relationships through service and follow-up.
• Assist customers and vendors in person and by phone to address requirements.
• Enter orders, check status, and manage invoices and special requests.
• Communicate sales, promotions and new products to customers.
• Pick, pack, and ship parts and items as required.
• Move materials within the facility and document activities.
• Maintain inventory levels using appropriate software/systems.
• Notify Location Manager of shortages or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with freight carriers on shipments, weights, and dimensions.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damages and report findings.
• Perform cycle counts regularly.
• Other duties as assigned.
