Job summary

You will work with customers, contractors, and team members to identify parts, manage inventory, and keep the store clean and safe, with rotating Saturday shifts as applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or parts experience preferred.
• Experience with construction tools and equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support in-store.
• Assist customers with product information and recommendations.
• Process transactions using the store's POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Refer to parts manuals online to identify correct parts.
• Locate products, check inventory, and provide recommendations.
• Package and ship parts back to the manufacturer as needed.
• Notify management when stock replenishment is needed.
• Assist in keeping the parts department and store clean and safe.
