Job summary

Total Warehouse is seeking a customer‑facing parts and service coordinator to manage orders from intake to billing. You will quote parts and service, coordinate with dispatch to schedule technicians, and ensure timely parts fulfillment while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You should have a high school diploma and at least two years of experience in parts representation or field service in material handling, with knowledge of inventory control and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; business degree preferred.
• At least two years of experience as a technical parts representative or field service technician in material handling preferred.
• Knowledge of service parts inventory control.
• Experience with NetSuite or other CRM software.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to plan routes.

Responsibilities

• Accepts telephone and email orders for customers and field service technicians with reference to parts needs for repair and service.
• Receive and place quotes and orders for field service technicians and clients.
• Manage complete asset service quoting cycle and quotes for road technician services.
• Plan with Dispatch for repair times; keep field technicians in a tight geographical region; monitor ETA’s and follow up with clients.
• Coordinate with dispatch for parts fulfillment.
• Assist in new customer setup, credit terms, COD, and billing support.
• Responsible for service billing and invoicing; verify correct billing information on work orders.
