Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles is seeking a Parts and Service Clerk for Reno to manage invoicing, inventory, and data entry. The role supports accounts receivable activities and department administration while ensuring accurate stock and orderly office operations.

Requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience; SAP and Salesforce experience are preferred. Must obtain an airport ID badge where required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle daily invoicing, including local parts sales and service invoicing.
• Assist with employee and asset data entry in local systems.
• Coordinate receiving by stocking materials and ensuring location accuracy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and aging assessments.
• Enter daily data into customer secondary software.
• Support end-of-month activities with inventory and invoicing summaries.
• Assist leadership with collections follow-up as needed.
• Coordinate badging processes and audits per site authority.
• Maintain department supplies and keep office organized.
