Job summary

American Implement is hiring a Parts Sales Representative for the Wheeler, Kansas dealership. The role handles parts sales, inventory management, and customer service for external and internal customers, including marketing and stocking duties.

The position is full-time with 45+ hours per week, offering an hourly wage of $16-20 DOE and an estimated annual wage of $43-55k+, with overtime and quarterly incentives possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Parts Department experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and Internet.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes sales orders of parts and services for customers and technicians.
• Records sales and/or counter transactions.
• Helps maintain proper inventory processes including daily bin counts.
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
• Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations.
• Maintains and stocks showroom area.
• Responds to and resolves customer inquiries in a positive, professional and confident manner.
• Participates in all job-related training and development.
• Performs routine housekeeping tasks in both the showroom and work area.
