Responsibilities

• Greet customers and mechanics, assess their parts needs, and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Identify, locate, and pull parts from inventory to fulfill orders accurately.
• Use catalogs and systems to determine correct part numbers and pricing.
• Advise on substitutions or modifications when exact replacements are unavailable.
• Process telephone and in-person orders, prepare invoices, and handle payments.
