Nationwide Lift Trucks Inc in Miami, FL is seeking a dependable Parts Department Associate to join our team. You will support our service technicians and customers by handling parts requests, quotes, orders, and inventory with accuracy.

We value a great attitude, strong teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training on SAP and ELC systems will be provided to help you keep parts organized and available for both in-house and road service staff.

Responsibilities

• Support in-house and road service technicians with parts requests, quotes, and orders
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers and technicians
• Work with Service Department to keep jobs moving efficiently
• Look up, quote, order, receive, and issue parts
• Maintain an organized and accurate parts inventory
• Receive stock and daily orders and verify parts against purchase orders
• Keep shelves, bins, and parts locations clean and organized
• Help front-counter customers and outside technicians
• Follow inventory procedures and documentation
• Communicate with coworkers and other branches to locate parts when needed

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Parts Department Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support our in‑house and road service technicians with parts requests, quotes, and orders
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers and technicians
• Work closely with our Service Department to keep jobs moving efficiently
• Look up, quote, order, receive, and issue parts
• Maintain an organized and accurate parts inventory
• Receive stock and daily orders and verify parts against purchase orders
• Keep shelves, bins, and parts locations clean and properly organized
• Help with front‑counter customers and outside technicians
• Follow proper inventory procedures and documentation
• Communicate with coworkers and other branches to locate parts when needed
