Job summary

Riekes Equipment is seeking a Parts Sales Representative to identify and fulfill parts needs, provide accurate pricing, and ensure timely delivery for both internal and external customers.

The role requires at least 3 years in parts sales, strong technical knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical and electrical systems, and excellent organizational and communication skills. On-site work with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

• Drive profitability by analyzing parts revenue and costs and developing strategies to recover delivery expenses and grow sales.

Parts Sales Representative Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence: Identify and fulfill customers’ parts needs, ensuring prompt, accurate pricing and delivery time estimates for both internal and external customers.
• Inventory Management: Take an active role in managing parts inventory -sourcing, ordering, pricing, invoicing, receiving, and shipping parts efficiently.
• Revenue Growth: Drive profitability by analyzing parts revenue and costs. Develop strategies to recover delivery expenses, expand the customer base, and grow existing client sales.

Parts Sales Representative Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in parts sales is preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of systems and components including hydraulics, mechanical, pneumatic, power train, electronics, air and fuel systems, and electric.
• Skills: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Strong decision‑making abilities and effective verbal and written communication are a must.
• Tech‑Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license, passing of a drug screen, and background check.
