Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers through outbound calls, follow-ups, referrals, and other sales efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.
• Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and assist customers with selecting the appropriate parts.
• Follow up on quotes and sales opportunities to help close business.
• Work on-site at the warehouse full-time and assist walk-in customers as needed.
• Make local and regional customer deliveries using a company vehicle when required.
• Assist with receiving and unloading incoming shipments.
• Help organize, stock, count, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Assist with order picking, packing, and preparation for customer pickup or delivery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and work area.
• Work as part of the team and assist with other warehouse and operational duties as needed.
