Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Brimfield, IL is seeking a Part Sales Professional (PT) to sell, receive and deliver parts and attachments, and provide in-store customer service. You will help stock and display merchandise and support daily operations.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, basic data entry skills, and basic parts knowledge. Forklift certification is a plus, and you will work in a team in both office and warehouse settings.

In addition, performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties.Responsibilities:1. Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs2. Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays3. Communicate and fill customer online parts orders via the customer portal4. Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations5. Helps to keep parts department clean and orderly6. Follows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the Lead7. Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles8. Helps answer phones and address customer voicemails with urgency9. Support customer10.
