Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Five years purchasing/procurement experience.
• Five years in parts department/customer contact/parts sales role required.
• Prior management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for and supervision to the parts department staff.
• Manage parts operation including counter sales, warehouse, and deliveries.
• Maintain inventory levels, establish min/max, and optimize turns/fill rates.
• Develop and meet the department’s budget and goals.
