Qualifications

• Demonstrates leadership, integrity, and decision-making abilities.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Experience in automotive retail is required.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing staff to deliver WOW! customer service.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth store operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
