You'll assist in supervising, training, and developing staff, manage inventory and merchandising, monitor goals, and ensure safe, compliant store operations while supporting commercial accounts and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Leadership abilities with integrity and decisive judgment.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience in automotive retail.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, supervise, train, and develop staff.
• Maintain clear communications with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, and shrink.
• Collaborate with commercial department leaders to ensure service excellence.
• Drive sales targets and optimize inventory levels.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards.
• Support commercial hubs to ensure timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly.
