Qualifications

• Leadership and integrity with strong decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Drive sales targets and manage inventory with attention to shrink.
• Ensure exceptional WOW! Customer Service and compliant store operations.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow structured store procedures and cash handling practices.
• Coordinate with commercial accounts to support deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly while upholding company policies.
• Uphold safety and PPE compliance and drive a safe work environment.
