Responsibilities

• Support commercial hub deliveries and customer needs.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees.
• Monitor goals and performance standards to drive business results.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE, safety practices, and company safety standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly while upholding policies.
