Qualifications

• Leadership, decision-making, and team development are essential.
• Proven automotive retail experience is required.
• Excellent bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
• A SE certification is preferred and valued.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in supervising and developing staff.
