As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll drive sales, coach a high-performing team, oversee inventory, and ensure a WOW customer service experience in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership to supervise, train, and develop high-performing employees.
• Clear communication with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink.
• Teamwork with store staff and commercial department leaders for seamless operations.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, returns processing and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management, uphold safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support deliveries.
