AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to help drive sales performance, lead a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! customer service in our automotive retail environment.

Under the Store Manager’s guidance, MITs and staff will train, develop, and model strong leadership while ensuring efficient store operations. You will focus on leading by example, achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualificações

• Experience leading teams in retail or service environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to drive customer service excellence and sales performance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and team to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive success.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, and manage returns and merchandising.
• Enforce safety standards and PPE usage while complying with company policies.
