Qualifications

• ASE Certification
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime
• Experience in automotive retail preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training and developing high-performing employees.
• Lead parts sales and inventory management to exceed targets and optimize stock.
• Enforce safety, PPE use and compliance with company policies.
• Support commercial accounts and timely deliveries for hub departments
