Formación

• Must demonstrate leadership, decision-making and strong team development abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in a retail environment, bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.
• Strong track record meeting or exceeding sales targets and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to follow structured procedures, manage cash handling and shrink control.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and training high‑performing staff.
• Drive sales performance and WOW! customer service excellence.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
• Lead inventory planning, returns processing and merchandising.
• Ensure safety, PPE compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments for timely deliveries.
