You will work under the Store Manager to lead by example, focus on inventory control, and ensure timely deliveries for commercial accounts. The role emphasizes leadership, effective communication, and a flexible full-time schedule that may include mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Leadership demonstrated through team supervision, training and development.
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Automotive Retail experience and ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
• Follow structured store procedures and manage inventory and cash handling.
• Lead teamwork across store staff and department leaders.
• Drive sales targets, optimize inventory levels and oversee returns.
• Enforce PPE, safety standards and risk management practices.
• Support commercial hub departments to meet deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly.
