Qualifications

• Leadership abilities with integrity and decisive action.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual communication in Spanish and English.
• Experience in automotive retail preferred.
• ASE Certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business results.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service.
• Drive sales targets through effective inventory management and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE, promote safety practices, and uphold company safety standards.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues swiftly while upholding policies.
