You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager and commercial department leaders to hit targets, ensure compliance, and foster career growth while upholding safety standards and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Monitor sales, inventory accuracy, and shrink to drive performance.
• Follow store procedures, manage cash handling and safety compliance.
• Lead inventory optimization and merchandising to exceed sales targets.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments to meet customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues efficiently.
• Ensure PPE usage and risk management practices.
• Coordinate with commercial department leaders for seamless operations.
