You will oversee processes, cash handling, safety standards, and cross-functional coordination with commercial departments to meet store goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial dept. leaders to ensure seamless operations.
• Drive parts sales, optimize inventory, and manage returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE, promote safety and compliance with company standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues in line with policies.
