Responsibilities

• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results.
• Follow store procedures, oversee cash handling, shrink control, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to maintain service excellence.
• Lead sales and inventory management to exceed targets and optimize stock and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use and promote safety practices and compliance.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments to meet deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly while upholding policies.
