Qualifications

• Leadership experience with ability to supervise and develop a team.
• Strong communication with customers and staff in English and Spanish.
• Experience in automotive retail is preferred.
• ASE certification is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain WOW! customer service and store operations.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and cash handling to prevent shrink.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments as needed.
