Job summary

AutoZone in Prineville, Oregon is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance, lead a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! Customer Service while overseeing day-to-day store operations.

Under the Store Manager's guidance, you will supervise and mentor staff, manage inventory and merchandising, ensure safety and compliance, and coordinate with commercial accounts to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams and training employees.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Automotive retail experience required.
• ASE Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store team, training and development.
• Drive sales targets and oversee inventory and merchandising.
• Ensure safety, PPE use, and compliance.
• Support commercial and hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and uphold WOW! service.
