Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing staff.
• Maintain clear customer and employee communications.
• Monitor sales goals and inventory accuracy.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage cash handling, and control shrink.
• Lead teamwork with store staff and department leaders.
• Drive parts sales and manage inventory and returns.
• Enforce PPE use and safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial accounts and hub deliveries.
• Resolve customer issues while upholding company policies.
