Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations and customer service excellence.
• Drive sales targets, optimize inventory, and manage returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE, promote safety and risk management practices.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues in line with company policies.
