Responsibilities

Lead and develop high-performing team under the Store Manager.
Maintain clear communication with customers and staff.
Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.
Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to ensure customer service excellence.
Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and manage inventory and returns.
Enforce PPE and promote safety and compliance.
Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support deliveries.
Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly.
