You will lead by example, assist the Store Manager, and help ensure seamless store operations while promoting growth within the team. You’ll engage in inventory optimization, returns processing, merchandising, and collaboration with the commercial department to exceed targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish; customer-facing excellence.
