Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance and develop a high‑performing team. You will lead by example under the Store Manager, focusing on WOW! Customer Service and efficient store operations.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring sales targets, inventory control, and merchandizing while ensuring safety and compliance. ASE certification holders are encouraged to apply, and bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Experience in automotive retail.
• Ability to supervise, train, and develop staff.
• Knowledge of inventory control and store operations.
• ASE Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high‑performing team.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Oversee cash handling and shrink control to ensure operational efficiency.
• Merchandise and manage inventory, returns processing, and store presentation.
• Enforce PPE use, safety practices, and company safety standards.
