Qualifications

• Leadership abilities and integrity in decision-making.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual communication in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Experience in automotive retail and service environments is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results.
• Follow structured store procedures for inventory control, cash handling, and shrink prevention.
• Collaborate with commercial department leaders to ensure seamless operations and service excellence.
• Lead efforts in parts sales and inventory management, including returns and merchandising.
• Uphold safety, PPE usage, risk management, and company safety standards.
• Support Commercial Account and Hub departments to meet customer needs and timely deliveries.
