The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in automotive retail.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail management.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• ASE Certification is preferred or required where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory.
• Enforce PPE use and promote safety and compliance.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly.
