Qualifications

• Demonstrates integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
• Full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Exceptional communication with strong bilingual English/Spanish abilities is a plus.
• Previous experience in automotive retail and ASE Certification are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and manage returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE and safety practices and uphold company safety standards.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet delivery and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly, upholding company policies.
