Job summary

AutoZone’s Mount Pocono, PA store seeks a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance and lead a high-performing team. You will deliver WOW! Customer Service and oversee daily operations, training, and inventory control under the Store Manager’s guidance.

Effective leadership, strong communication, and automotive retail experience are essential. ASE certification is valued. Full-time schedule includes mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading automotive retail teams and achieving sales goals.
• Strong communication with customers and employees; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Ability to monitor inventory accuracy, cash handling, and shrink control.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory levels.
• Oversee training, development, and performance of store team.
• Support commercial and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
• Enforce safety policies, PPE usage, and compliance with company standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly.
