Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver WOW customer service while driving sales and managing inventory.

Under the Store Manager, you will supervise, train, and develop staff, ensure accurate cash handling and safety compliance, and collaborate with commercial departments to meet delivery needs. ASE certification and automotive retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership demonstrated in team supervision and development.
• Able to work flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Excellent communication with customers and staff in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store team; develop high performers.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and standards to drive performance.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control and efficiency.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations and service excellence.
• Drive sales targets through parts sales and inventory management, including returns.
