AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to join our Store Management team. You will drive sales performance, lead a high-performing team, and ensure WOW! customer service while upholding store processes and safety standards.

You’ll manage inventory, assist in commercial accounts, and collaborate with department leaders to exceed targets. Prior experience in automotive retail and ASE certification are preferred. This is a part-time, hourly role supporting our service-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team development experience.
• Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills.
• Experience in automotive retail sales and service environments.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
