Customer Service while maintaining store operations with excellence. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to coach staff, manage inventory, and meet safety, cash-handling, and performance standards. Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail or automotive parts.
• Strong communication in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with inventory management and meeting sales targets.
