Qualifications

• Demonstrates integrity, decision-making, and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Exceptional communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Experience in automotive retail is a plus.
• ASE Certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective communications with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and manage returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use and promote risk management practices to uphold safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues swiftly while upholding company policies.
