Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams in automotive or similar industry.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; strong communication skills.
• Ase certification or equivalent automotive industry credentials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow structured store procedures and manage cash handling.
• Oversee inventory management, shrink control, and merchandising.
• Drive sales targets and optimize inventory levels and returns.
• Enforce PPE usage and uphold safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operations issues promptly.
