Job summary

AutoZone in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver WOW! customer service while overseeing store operations.

Under the Store Manager’s guidance, MITs support performance goals and develop staff to grow in the automotive retail field. You will lead inventory, merchandising, cash handling, and safety compliance, mentor team members, and coordinate with commercial departments to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Leadership demonstrated with integrity and teamwork.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
• Experience in automotive retail environment.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store sales initiatives and manage a high-performing team.
• Deliver WOW! customer service and oversee daily store operations.
• Monitor inventory, merchandising, cash handling, and shrink control.
• Collaborate with commercial departments to meet delivery needs.
