Qualifications

• Leadership demonstrated and ability to supervise, train, and develop a team.
• Strong communication with customers and employees in a fast-paced store.
• Experience in automotive retail is preferred (ASE certification advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, cash handling, and shrink to drive store performance.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards and support risk management practices.
