Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership, integrity, and decisiveness.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish preferred.
• ASE certification is required or highly preferred.
• Experience in automotive retail to support store goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high‑performing team.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and manage inventory accuracy.
• Oversee merchandising, cash handling, shrink control, and store procedures.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments to ensure on‑time deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly, upholding AutoZone policies.
